Red Bluff is located 130kms north of Carnarvon. Take
the Blowholes Road turnoff approx 30 kms north of Carnarvon on the
Great Northern Highway. When you reach the "King Waves Kill" sign (approx
80kms) turn right. You are now on Quobba Station. Travel past Quobba
Homestead, now on gravel road and drive for a further 60 ish Kms.
The long drive is worthwhile in the first glimpse of
the dramatic Red Bluff and the Indian Ocean.
Carnarvon has a IGA and a Woolworths Supermarket for
all your shopping requirements. Local plantations are opened between
May and August for the freshest produce around. Morells Plantation
is located on Robinson St and sells high quality fresh fruit and
vegetables.( highly recommended). The Crab Shack,
which is located at the Boat Harbour has the most luscious steamed
