2 Mile is a beautiful beach just off the main road (access for any vehicle) two miles north of the Quobba homestead. A great swimming hole can be found at the northern end of the beach beyond the reef. Beachcombing you will find a myriad  of sea shells and coral washed up onto the sand as you make you way to the swimming hole.

The Blowholes are located approximately 10km south of the Quobba Homestead. Here you will see white sandy beaches. Ideal for families with sheltered water for young children. This is a great place for snorkeling,  fishing (outside the sanctuary zone), "Squiding", surfing or just swimming and relaxing in the sun.

A 4wd is essential to make it down this very steep track. This beach is located 17 miles north of the Quobba homestead. An outer reef that breaks up the big swells before they hit the shoreline protects the beach. It is a very friendly beach that is generally deserted. Conditions for swimming, snorkeling, fishing and on a low swell, surfing, are very good.

Sen-bloody-sational!! - 60km north of the Quobba homestead lies Red Bluff. Worth the drive for a day or to stay. Blue water, sandy white beach by the imposing Bluff
